This month we welcomed another business networking event at one of our favourite venues, Virgin Money Market Street. The typical Manchester weather was in full force but that didn’t seem to stop our regulars stopping by. This event attracted 50% new attendees this time round from all different professional backgrounds, proving the MBH events are a worthwhile networking opportunity.
Despite some technical issues with the projector, we powered through some fantastic presentations from our members, expertly hosted by Aaron Dean, as well as from one of our much-loved charities, Cancer Research UK.
A special thank you to Aaron Dean for hosting the event so well, Aaron is currently doing some amazing work for Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers, and exploring some pretty exciting stuff!
Our presentations consisted of:
Aaron Webster from Cancer Research UK (CRUK) – Aaron is doing cracking work raising awareness and fundraising for CRUK as well as supporting the cutting-edge scientific research currently taking place!
Rebecca Sewell from The Manchester Metropolitan University – Outlining the benefits of their free, on-demand learning programme, Open SME.
Richard Dickson from Play It Green | Certified B Corp – Continuing his fantastic journey to help businesses become more sustainable and get more trees planted
Stuart Cox from Plan Productions – Discussing the ever-growing range of creative products he can provide, from branded napkins, to huge billboards!
George Morrison from Flownamix – Providing the BEST event photography as well as social media expertise
Gary Dodson of Greenlight Computers – Our fantastic sponsors from the beginning, providing IT and marketing support for you and your business
Kevin Cavanaugh from BizSpace Ltd – If you need office space, no matter how big or small, Kevin can help!
And finally, our events manager Leah Bentley bringing you back to explain what MBH does best, EVENTS!
Keep an eye on our LinkedIn, Eventbrite and Events page for all our upcoming events!
We look forward to seeing you at the next one.
